Set up the Mightier Tablet
We provide a standard Android tablet with Internet access and apps such as YouTube pre-loaded. If your family has a compatible tablet, we encourage you to use it instead. You can double-check your personal device’s compatibility here.
Important!!
If you receive an Android tablet from Mightier, a Google account is required to set it up.

Use a child Google account.
Since this tablet has built-in apps like YouTube, we recommend using a child account for your privacy and protection.- To create a child account, wait for the Google sign-in screen, select “Create account” then select “For my child”

(Optional) Set up Family Link for parental controls.
Google’s Family Link parental control app allows you to:
- Review and disable apps you don’t want your child to have access to
- Set daily time limits
- Schedule a bedtime
- Family Link works best when you also download the app on your mobile device. For more information about how to use and set up Family Link, we recommend starting here: Family Link Setup
Step 2
Download the Mightier App
Go to the Google Play Store and search for “Mightier.”
*Our app is pretty large, so it’s normal for it to take up to 15 minutes to download.
Step 3
Log into Mightier App
*for best results log into the Mightier app BEFORE you power on your heart sensor
- Once the download is complete, open the app and log in using the email address and password you created when you purchased Mightier (this is different than your Google account login).
- Forgot your password?click here and we will email you a link to reset it.
You can also log into the Mightier app using a one-time login code. To access this feature, click the Settings button in the top right corner of the Parent app. Then, tap “Get a Login Code.”
Step 4
Set up the Heart Sensor
Before you play, remove the protective sticker.
Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on.
Slide the metal loop on the armband for sizing.
We recommend wearing on the upper forearm, bicep or shin.
The armband should be snugly fitted around your arm.
Helpful Tips!
- Check your Bluetooth settings to verify that Bluetooth is on.
- Hold the power button for 5-7 seconds to turn the heart sensor off. Wait 10 seconds, power up, and try again.
