- Introductions and First Play. Discuss the best way to introduce Mightier to your child, and learn successful first play tips.
- A Mightier Routine. Your life is busy! Our clinicians can help you fit Mightier into your lives in a way that works best for all of you.
- Progress and Stats. Talk through your child’s gameplay data, and learn how to measure progress at different points in their Mightier journey.
- Tips for Translation. Share about your child’s personality and behavioral needs, and learn strategies to help them translate emotional regulation skills to real life.
- Skill Packs and Educational Resources. You’ll receive monthly skill packs, as well as regular notifications of new resources, strategies, and educational events to support your child’s emotional and behavioral needs.
- Troubleshooting of Any Type. Frustration with playing? Your clinician can help. Trouble navigating screen time or transitioning off Mightier? Your clinician has some strategies to help.

What is your return policy?
We will provide a refund of the entire subscription price within 30 days of purchase if you decide that Mightier is not right for your family. We want families to have an opportunity to see if Mightier is a good fit for them by trying it, yet we know everyone responds to new experiences differently. You must submit your return request within the first 30 days.
For customers outside the US, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Mightier Clinicians have the right to decide that Mightier program guidance is not the right type or level of care for your family. In this very unlikely situation, you will be offered a refund for the Clinician session portion of your subscription or the entire subscription, whichever you prefer.
Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
Not yet, but we are working on it. Digital mental health is an exciting, but still new way to increase access to mental health care that we believe everyone deserves. Because they are so highly regulated, insurance plans sometimes take time to adopt and reimburse for new technologies. We are actively partnering with both public and private insurers to make this happen faster!
Does Mightier take HSA/FSA?
Both the Mightier program and Mightier Clinician sessions are eligible for use of your HSA and FSA funds. In some cases, your HSA or FSA provider may ask for documentation of your child’s mental health needs and a summary of the Mightier program, which you can find here.
If you have an HSA/FSA debit card, in many cases you can use that to check out. If you need to submit for reimbursement, you may contact our customer support team for documentation of the Mightier program. You may also need to submit evidence that your child has a behavioral health diagnosis.
Who are the Mightier Clinicians?
Mightier Clinicians all hold independent licenses to practice social work, counseling, psychology, or other behavioral health specialty. They are experts in their field and are passionate about helping kids and families find success with Mightier.
You will be paired with someone who is licensed to practice in your home state and we will do our best to make sure that you work with the same person across your Mightier journey.
How long are clinician sessions?
Clinician sessions are typically 45-50 minutes long.

Do I have to travel for sessions?
No! All sessions are conducted via HIPAA compliant video call.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule your session online, call us at +1 (978) 254-4371, or email us at clinicalservices@mightier.com.
If you do not show up for your session you may forfeit that session.
Should my child/children who play Mightier be at the Mightier Clinician sessions?
That is entirely up to you! We love getting to know our Mightier players and sometimes it can be helpful to have someone who is not a primary caregiver explain things to kids. If you think that you’ll get the most out of meeting with your clinician on your own, we understand that too.
Should Clinician Guidance replace therapy?
The short answer is probably not! Mightier Clinicians are here to help you support your child in squeezing every last bit of benefit from the Mightier program. That means helping your child learn more self awareness, practice more calming skills, and gain more self-regulation.
We have evidence that using the Mightier program can help kids see benefits from therapy more quickly, likely because being aware of and able to regulate emotions provides a foundation for other important skills.
Length of Service
The clinician-guided Mightier Program comes with up to three sessions with a Mightier Clinician. These sessions can be used over a maximum of 12 months, then you will be downgraded to a self-guided plan (and rate that matches the public pricing at that time).
Mightier reserves the right to downgrade to a self-guided plan without prior notice, refunding the difference between clinician-guided and self-guided plans.
Can more than one of my kids use the Mightier Subscription? What about the Clinician Guided experience?
Yes, you can have multiple kids on a single account but each Mightier kit only contains one heart sensor. Mightier Clinicians are happy to talk about your whole family during appointments, but we ask that you pick a primary player to be the focus of the paperwork and discussion.
